Tomato, Carrot and Leek Soup
Tomato, Carrot and Leek 🍜 Soup
2-3 handfuls of cherry tomatoes
1 veg bouillon
2 cups of water
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of olive oil
a dash of salt and pepper
1 tsp of corn starch
Combine ingredients in a blender until everything is mixed to a smooth consistency.
Add to a pot and simmer on low heat for 30 mins.
Garnish with sariette and serve with BBQ lamb chops drizzled with cognac.
