Bacon Wrapped Yams Topped With Cinnamon

4 yams cut into quarters
1 pack of bacon slices cut into halves
Fresh cinnamon
2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

1. Cut yams into desired size of your choice (i prefer to cut them into quarters).
2. In a large deep baking pan lined with parchment paper, place yams lined in flat rows and add salt, pepper and olive oil.
3. Cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees uncovered.
4. Take yams out of oven, then wrap half a slice of bacon around each piece of yam. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Broil for an additional 5 mins.
5. Top with cinnamon.
