Spicy Lentil Chicken Chilli And Quinoa


Ingredients:
2-3lb of extra lean ground chicken
1 cup of sliced clean mushrooms
2 sliced carrots
2 cloves of sliced garlic
2 chopped green onions
1/2 cup of chopped spanish onion
1 can of lentils drained
1 can of bean mixed melody drained
2-3 tbsp of hot sauce or fresh chilli flakes
A few dashes of salt and pepper (add salt and pepper to dish once it is cooked as i preper to cook with little salt)
1 purred organic can of tomatoes
2 tbsp of whishashire sauce
1 pk of fresh chives
2-3 cups dry quinoa

Directions for chilli:
Place ingredients in crockpot on low setting for 5 hrs or on high setting for 3.5 hrs.
Top with fresh chopped chives.

Directions for quinoa:
Boil 2-3 cups of dry quinoa in 3 cups of water for 12 mins covered. Drain and serve with chilli.
