No Bake Garlic and Herb Cheese Balls
500g of garlic and herb cream cheese
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of chives
2 cups of real bacon crumble
2 cups of crushed mixed nuts
Dash of salt and pepper
1 cup of pretzel sticks
1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
Add salt and pepper.
2. Place parchment paper on a large baking tray. Using a table spoon, scoop out cheese and roll into balls. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. In a seperate bowl, combine bacon bits, crushed nuts and diced chives. Take cheese balls and roll them in the mixture so that the entire ball is covered. Add pretzle stick to center of each ball. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge until ready to serve. Makes 24-35 balls
