No Fuss Seafood Fry

6-8 jumbo fresh scallops
6-8 jumbo black tiger shrimps (fresh or frozen)
3 cups of calamari rings (fresh or frozen)
3 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 cup of fresh parsley
2 stems of diced green onion
A couple of dashes of salt and pepper
2 tbsp of salted butter
1 lemon sliced into quarters

1. Thaw fish if frozen, drain and place aside. Add butter, garlic and onion to wok, heat and fry scallops so they brown on each side on medium heat (5 mins).
2. Add calamari, stir and cook for 5 mins then add shrimps. Stir and add salt, pepper and parsley. Cook on low heat for an additional 5-10 mins.
3.Add lemon sliced and serve.
