Chickpeas and Zucchini Quick Fry

1 large zucchini diced
1 540g can of chick peas
1 stem of green onion sliced
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/4 cup of fresh parsley
1 tbsp of low sodium soya sauce
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 a cup of crumbled feta cheese

1. Wash zucchini and slice with skin on.  Rince and drain can of chick peas and set aside.
2. In a wok, add oil, sliced onion, garlic powder and sliced zucchini and fry for 5-10 mins.
3. Add parsley, and soya sauce. Mix.
4. Add feta cheese and serve.

Serves 2-4 sides
