Ginger and Garlic Salmon Stir Fry

1 tsp of shredded ginger
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp of low sodium soya sauce
1/2 a bunch of cleaned, chopped asparagus
1/4 of a spanish onion sliced
1  cleaned and sliced red pepper
1 cup of frozen peas
2 pieces of fresh Atlantic salmon 2-3lb

1. In a wok, add oil and  fry ginger, garlic and onions. Add salmon and frozen peas and fry for 5 mins on each side.
2. Add fresh veggies stir and cook for 10 mins. Add soya sauce.

Serves 2-4
