Gluten-Free Spaghetti With Spicy Spinach and Pancetta

2 cloves of chopped garlic
2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
2 cups of fresh cleaned spinach
1/3 of a cup of chopped pancetta
1-2 tsp of fresh chilli flakes
1 piece of fresh chopped basil
1/2 cup of fresh chopped parsley
1 pk of 340g glutten-free spaghetti

1. In a wok add oil, garlic, basil and pancetta. Fry for 5 mins.
2. Add fresh spinach and cook for 5 mins.
3. Add hot chilli flakes, chopped parsley and mix. Set aside.
4. Boil pasta and drain. Add drained pasta to spinach and pancetta mixture and mix.

Serves 4
