20 Minute Vegetable Dumpling Soup
If you only have 20 minutes to make dinner, then this is the meal for you. It is filling and only has 4 main ingredients!
I have included 2 versions of the same delicious soup. One is with carrots and green onions and the other one is with fresh mushrooms. Both soups are quick and the ingredients can be used interchangeably. Have fun!
1 540g bag of frozen vegetable dumplings
3 green onions chopped (optional)
1 large carrot sliced or 1 cup of sliced fresh cleaned mushrooms
2 cartons of low sodium vegetable broth
1. Chop onion and sliced carrot or chop mushrooms for mushroom version. Add veggies to a pot filled with vegetable broth that is boiling.
2. Cook on medium heat for 10 mins.
3. Add frozen dumplings. Stir and cook on low for 10 mins.
