Fat-Free Spicy Buffalo Wing Dip

Making your own dip for your wings is easy, healthier and actually less costly than buying one premade at the supermarket. With less preservatives, sugar and sodium, you will be doing yourself a favour by making it yourself.
This wing sauce is tasty, easy to make, contains only 4 main ingredients and best of all, it’s FAT-FREE!!
1 500g container of fat-free Sour Cream
2 cleaned and chopped jalopeno peppers
2 cleaned and chopped green onions
2 tbsps of buffalo chicken flavouring spice
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, refrigerate for 2 hours and serve with your favourite wings!
