1 cedar wood plank
1 large fillet of salmon
4 tbsps of cream cheese
2 heapinging tbsps of pesto sauce
16 pieces of fresh mint
1. Soak cedar plank wood in cold water for 2-3 hours.
2. Place wood plank on BBQ and add salmon. BBQ for approx 20 mins.
3. For sauce, combine cream cheese and pesto in a bowl stirring to a smooth saucy consistency.
4. Cut salmon into 4 pieces and add 1 tbsp of sauce on each piece.
5. Top with fresh mint.
