Avocado, Raddichio & Mango Summer Salad

1 medium Raddicchio chopped
1 cucumber cleaned with peel on and sliced into halves
2 ripe avocados peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 a mango peeled and sliced
1/2 cup of green grapes washed and sliced into halves

1 lime squeezed
Dash of salt and pepper
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar

1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl add dressing and mix.
2. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

Serves: 6
