Simple Baked Lemon Pesto Salmon

1 large Wild Atlantic Salmon fresh fillet or 4 precut pieces
1 large lemon sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
4 tbsps of green or red pesto sauce
2 tbsps of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp of salt & pepper

1. Preheat oven to 375F. 
2. Place salmon skin down onto a baking tray.
3. Add oil, pesto and spices and rub onto salmon well.
4. Add fresh lemon slices on top.
5. Bake in oven uncovered for 30 mins.
