Penne Pasta With Garlic, oil & Sundried Tomatoes

3-4 tbsps of extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves of fresh garlic thinly sliced
2 tbsps of sundried tomatoes in oil
1 450g pk of penne pasta
4 tbsp of grated romano cheese

1. In a pan, add garlic and oil and simmer on low heat for 5 mins or until garlic is golden brown. Set aside.
2. In a large pot add water, bring to a boil and add pasta. Cook pasta for approx 10-12 mins and drain.
3. Add pasta to oil and garlic and mix well. Add sun dried tomatoes and fresh romano cheese.
3. Serve immediately:)
