Skinny “low fat” Alfredo Sauce

 Do you love alfredo sauce as much as i do but dislike the way you feel after you eat it?
This low-fat version, cuts out a ton of fat but doesn’t compromise the delicious taste. It’s a simple,  quick meal anyone can put together in under 10 mins and the kids will scream for more!! This dish can even be made lactose-free with using lactose free milk and cheese. 

2 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 cup of chopped parsley (optional)
2 cups of low fat milk
2 tbsp of flour or corn starch
1/4 tsp of sea salt and black pepper
1/2 cup of grated parmegiano cheese
1. In a saucepan, add garlic, milk and parsley and cook on low heat for 5 mins.
2. Slowly wisk in flour/cornstarch and salt and pepper.
3. Add parmegiano cheese and mix well for an additional 5 mins.
4. Serve immediately with fresh pasta of your choice.
