Crockpot/Instapot Chicken Curry With Potatoes & Yams

6 boneless chicken breasts cut into large cubes
4 white potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
1 small yam peeled and cut into quarters 
2 celery stalks chopped into pieces
1/4 of a white onion thinly sliced 
2 cloves of grated garlic
3-4 pieces of fresh coriander as garnish
1/4 of a tsp of fresh grated ginger
1  tbsp of tomato paste
1/2 a cup of white wine
1 cup of water
2 tbsps of extra virgin olive oil
3 small handfuls of powdered curry dry seasoning
1 tbsp of paprika powder 
1/2 a tsp of sea salt 
1/2 a tsp of pepper

1. Combine all ingredients into crockpot and cook on low heat for 5 hours in your crockpot or 1 hour in your instapot.
2. Garnish with fresh coriander.

Serves 4
