Turkey Soup

8 cups of water
2 tbsps of salt & pepper
3 peeled carrots
1 spanish onion peeled and cut into half
3 plum tomatoes cut into halves
3 celery stalks
2 cloves of peeled garlic
2 uncooked turkey drum sticks
1 uncooked turkey breast bone in
1 turkey neck bone
1 piece of sage
1 piece of thyme

1. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to turkey pieces. Then place remaining salt and pepper into a large deep pot filled with water.
2. Cook on low-medium heat for 4 hours.
3. Using a soup net, skim off all extra fat that forms on top of soup as it cooks.
4. Remove all meat and veggies and cut them all into bit sized pieces. (Remove the skin from the turkey). Place all ingredients back into soup broth. ( except the tomato pieces, sage and thyme. These should not go back into the soup) Mix well. Serve alone or you can add cooked spaghetti or pasta of your choice.
