Healthy Chocolate Chip & Walnut Banana Bread

5 tbsps of coconut oil or vegetable oil 
1/2 a cup of water
2 large ripe mashed bananas 
2 eggs
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of vanilla extract 
1 dash of fresh ground cinnamon 
2 cups of whole wheat or white all purpose flour
1/2 a cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 a cup of walnut pieces

1. Preheat oven to 375F. 
2. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well with a spatula or mixer.
3. Place ingredients in a 9x4 baking loaf pan about 2-3 inches high. 
4. Bake in the oven uncovered for 45 mins. Check with a fork or toothpick to ensure it is fully cooked. 
5. Set aside and let cool.
